Why did the Skins play so bad?

Its like they are more conservative then Marty ball. I think Jason Campbell is a poor mans Garrard with less speed see what not taking a game over gets you look at Garrard. I think your QB needs to be able to at least take a game over once and put it on his shoulders like the Mannings, Cutler, Brady, Favre, Rivers, Brees, etc it is what you need to succeed in this league. They are so conservative I mean you need 9 yards so why throw for 8 yards wtf? I don't think Collins is the answer either I think Snyder should get Cel as they almost have the pieces to be good except a good QB. I thought Campbell was conservative only cause of Saunders offensive scheme but now I know its his decision making. I'm not a skins fan btw but when your QB throws really short on 3rd down or throws it into the ground near the receiver but not to the receiver he should be replaced. I mean I have watched some skins games and they are boring cause they can never move the ball. I swear the game plan for the Skins is to shut down Portis and you win. Campbell can't beat you so you got a win right there.I don't think Campbell has ever had a 3 TD game in his career and if he did I doubt he has had 2. Don't say he is young it shouldn't be this bad on offense.
