Now that "climategate" was debunked, could Mann, Jones, Briffa...sue organizations and individuals for slander?

Seems to me they will be the ones being sued & prosecuted! These are the gate keepers to "Peer Review". No wonder they claim there is no peer reviewed research that debunkes AGW. The public 59%, now thinks AGW data is rigged & they would be right. I could only wish these bought & paid for scientists would bring a lawsuit, please! Think of the disclosure issues we could pursue.Why aren't they in jail for failing to provide their twisted & tortured data as requested properly in a Freedom of Information request? These guys are the biggest joke in a generation or two. Lets make third world countries out of the west & then who willl fund these research s? Who will support the hungry? But we willl all be equally miserable, thats goal one for Mann. Jones, Briffa & the rest of AGW ilk. Oops sorry climate change/lol.
