I seem to rotate the same meals quite a lot - lamb chops, pork ribs, chicken curry, fish pie, stew, sausages, liver and bacon, bacon cabbage and spuds, chilli and lasagne are typical meals I make. Looking for some new ideas for meals that are fairly easy to prepare either in the evening when I get in or to make for the next day. Any suggestions? We are not fussy eaters by the way. Thanks.
