I recently had a fever and a cold. I need them back. What should i do? PLEASE HELP?

i had a fever and a cold since last thursday. they even took me to a doctor to make sure it wasn't swine flue. my temp reached 38.6C. I woke up this morning it was normal. their must be something i can do cause last night i had fever today its gone. please help me i need it back
