How can i make my voice sound more "feminine"?

I have been singing for a long time (since I was 4 years old) and I never thought I would be asking this but...I noticed that I sound more "masculine" when I sing and I was curious as to how I can make my voice sound more "girly"? I love the way kristin chenoweth sings, I love the way that girl from the newest movie version of "sweeney todd" sings "green finch and linnet bird" cause they both sound really feminine but I just....I do not sound feminine at all. if anything I think my voice sounds like a little boys voice and i'm 21 years old ya know? i dont wanna sound like a little boy when I sing lol any tips at all? i've tried character voices and stage voices but none of them quite seem to fit properly for my style of singing....any ideas or suggestions? ANY would be helpful (and please no rude comments) thanks everyone!!
