Stupid question... how the heck do I put a duvet cover onto a queen size quilt?

Trick is getting 2 corners in first then shaking it like crazy. Find the opening on the duvet, put two corners of the quilt on the opposite sides of the cover grab them from the outside, stand on the bed, and shake the other half so the duvet slides over the other half. ONce it's down, put the two other cornes into the duvet and shake from that side to even everything out. You're done.
