Damaged gland festooned with muck?

My gland recently burst. I can no longer use it. During the eruption and following disintegration my gland separated into three parts. Two are still attached and I have put the third in the freezer. My physician refuses to glance into my crevice. Which ointment should I ask my pharmacist for? Could this be an epidemic?
