Cant think of a good Floor Party/ Floor Event....?

I am an resident istant for 30/40 guys and i need to host a floor party/event but i cant think of any good ideas that are relatively cheap but still are fun and NOT lame. We are BTW in the middle of midterm season so maybe something having to do with de-stressing.....I NEED YOUR HELP!
