im going on holiday in the summer and i want a bikinki perfect body. im not totally obese for anything, but im a little overweight and my stomach area isnt the nicest so i need to lose weight. ok well i know exercising a little will help and cutting down on food. but what are the right exercises in order to help me? for how long? and what foods are advised and ones that are kicked to the curbside? mucho gracias :D
