Hip tattoo symmetry ?

I've been wanting to get a tattoo on my pelvis/hip, on the left side. I know exactly which one I want, but I'm wondering, would it look better if I had some symmetry and put a similar one on the right side too? It will be my first tattoo, but I've been wanting it for years now.
