Custody in las vegas?

I share custody with my ex and before he became I ex i got pregnant (8 months now). Now I want to leave Las vegas and we are in court. He has a gang of attorneys with him and I have none. My court date is next month so no pro bono attorneys will touch it. I am a better parent by far and have been an excellent mother. He is a drinker and he is denying all my allegations. Can anyone give me a curve or something so that I may prosper in this case. I have a protection order against him already. I am unemployed and he was paying the rent, he has threatened to kick me out several times and has attempted to do so with our daughter in tow. What can I do. Please help!!!!!
