Are their laws in Illinois to protect people from judicial harment?

I live in Calif and my ex wife first threatened judicial harment by taking me into court without significant merit. She is now following through on these requests, and the cost to continue to fly back to Chicago to appear in court is taking its toll. Even though I win the court cases, she is winning through the harment. Are there laws protecting people from such harment?
