Are all Scorpios law breaking lying crooks?

all starsigns have traits ,and I heard that scorpios fill all the jail cells and like to lie and make up alibis for bad things tsk tsk, and like being crooks. are they all devious people who get off on dirty little secrets and seldom get caught? are you corresponding to any scorpios on death row for example?
