Will a geforce 210 graphic card be a good replacement for geforce 6600 gt oc?

I want to buy a new graphic card but don't want to spend more than $90. I have a geforce 6600 gt oc that died and wanted to replace it with a geforce 210 from eVGA. My computer is old. I have a Sony Vaio with 1.5 gb RAM, Pentium 4 processor and 430 watt power supply running windows xp. I mainly want to use it for Photoshop CS5 and might play Doom 3 and Quake 4. Not much of a gamer. So will this card be a better replacement or should I go with a geforce 240??
