Tell me the Truth, Is this good, and do you want to read on?

You have the good beginnings of a story here. My only suggestion is to try and remember the "show don't tell" rule... For instance, instead of telling us the metal shopping basket was dangling from your arm, maybe you could show us that it was heavy by the creases it made in the characters skin, or that the handles pinched her elbow. That sort of thing. Keep going!!!!
