I only give my number to girls I really like. It usually means I'm intimidated by how hot the girl is, and when that happens it's more comfortable for me to give my number to the girl than ask for hers. I always want the girl to text me back letting me know what her number is. This let's me know she's interested back. Hope this helps you.
