I am planning to ask my gf to marry me on New Years Eve, where should I do it?

I am taking this from a commercial, but it was so romantic. Take her to a few special places you guys have. Your first date, the first restaurant, or something like that. Then do this a few times at a few different places and then take her to a place that you have not made a memory there yet and pop the question. I think though anywhere you do it will be amazing for her.
