Can you name 3 reasons for high oil prices that have nothing to do with higher demand in Asia?

I am not disputing that there is higher deman in Asia and that this higher demand contributes to higher oil prices, but what I am asking is are there things going on on the supply side for the last several years that have contributed also to the steadily rising price of oil.
